With respect to our pharmaceutical liability practice, The Orlando Firm, P.C. represents thousands of consumers in mass tort litigation against pharmaceutical companies and other corporations or manufacturers whose products have been deemed defective or otherwise harmful, both in Georgia and nationwide. Mr. Orlando has been appointed to leadership roles on several national committees in conjunction with the firm’s mass tort, multi-district litigation (MDL).

The Orlando Firm, P.C. is conveniently located in the heart of Decatur, Georgia, just a few miles east of downtown Atlanta. This allows us to offer our clients the comfort and convenience of a small-town, personal relationship combined with the resources of a major metropolitan area.

Although headquartered in Decatur, Georgia, The Orlando Firm, P.C. handles serious injury cases and class action lawsuits across the country - particularly throughout the Southeast.  In jurisdictions where our lawyers do not hold a license to practice law, we accomplish this by retaining (at NO additional cost to the client) trusted local counsel who, where necessary, apply to have one of our partners admitted "pro hac vice" (or admitted to practice for that one case only) thereby permitting us to continue to maintain close oversight of the client's case or to represent the firm's client personally.

Mr. Orlando has been awarded the highest national rating available for law firms -- an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell -- signifying high ethics and legal ability ranked "Very High to Preeminent."
