Mark A. Segal limits his
practice exclusively to the field of workers’ compensation.
During his career, Mark has successfully represented thousands of
injured workers. Mark is
committed to making sure our workers’ compensation clients receive the
personal and professional attention they need to ensure the receipt of
proper medical care, appropriate income benefits and adequate payment
for permanent disability. By
doing so, Mark is able to lessen the devastating consequences on-the-job
injuries can have, not just on the injured worker, but also on the
employee’s entire family. Mark has been admitted to practice law in several
jurisdictions, both in the United States and in Australia.
He currently holds licenses in Georgia (1985), Florida (1986),
U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; Hawaii (1996); New
South Wales, Australia (1997). Mark graduated from Bowdoin College
(B.A.) in 1981, and from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer
University in 1985. In addition, Mark also earned a graduate degree from the
University of Technology School of Law, Sydney, Australia in 1996.
While attending law school, Mark was a member of the Mercer Law
Review from 1983 - 1985. Mark is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
