Mark A. Segal limits his practice exclusively to the field of workers’ compensation. During his career, Mark has successfully represented thousands of injured workers. Mr. Segal is committed to making sure our workers’ compensation clients receive the personal and professional attention they need to ensure the receipt of proper medical care, appropriate income benefits and adequate payment for permanent disability. By doing so, Mr. Segal is able to lessen the devastating consequences on-the-job injuries can have, not just on the injured worker, but also on the employee’s entire family. Mr. Segal has been admitted to practice law in several jurisdictions, both in the United States and in Australia. He currently holds licenses in Georgia (1985), Florida (1986), U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; Hawaii (1996); New South Wales, Australia (1997). Mr. Segal graduated from Bowdoin College (B.A.) in 1981, and from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in 1985. In addition, Mr. Segal also earned a graduate degree from the University of Technology School of Law, Sydney, Australia in 1996. While attending law school, Mr. Segal was a member of the Mercer Law Review from 1983 - 1985. Mr. Segal is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
