Toni Willis died after trying to help someone who had been involved in an accident on Camp Creek Parkway. Toni Willis attempted to cross Camp Creek Parkway when she was hit and killed by a Volvo. The driver of the Volvo is not being charged.
Toni Willis was a supervisor at the Department of Revenue in the Motor Vehicles Department where she had worked since high school.
